A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"If your after fast food this is not the place,go to the bakery next door, however our meals were lovingly prepared and we didn't mind the wait although I was tempted to turn the bass down on the music guys! The coffee was very average and I'm sure they will improve.i.e double shot means the customer wants strong coffee! Nice atmosphere and good pricing, we wish the new owners much success"
"Wonderful hospitality. Such care in designing a welcoming space along with food and beverages selected for their quality. Affordable, delicious, the best avocado on toast and tea selection we’ve come across. Gluten free available. Go visit, you’ll be delighted."
"Me and my wife recently visited Ponga Ponga for meals on our way to Myponga Reservoir lookout, And we had picked the perfect place for our brunch this past Sunday, and it lived up to the hype. Even with the weekend rush, the vibe was super relaxed. The Food: I ordered the Triple Threat Melt, Pancakes, and they were incredible—fluffy, not too sweet, and had that perfect citrus zing. My wife got the Earthly Delight, which came out piping hot with the most delicious crusty sourdough for dipping. The portions were generous without being overwhelming. The Coffee: As a self-proclaimed coffee snob, their oat milk latte was spot on. Smooth, perfectly foamed, and served at the right temperature. You can tell they take their beans seriously. The Service: Even though the place was packed, our server was incredibly friendly and didn't make us feel rushed at all. Our food came out surprisingly fast despite the crowd. Pro Tip: If you’re going on a weekend, definitely use their online waitlist or book a table ahead of time if they allow it. It gets busy fast! A perfect match for food, coffee and a cosy ambience lovers with indoor and outdoor seating, ambient music and lights and greenery that made it feel like a little escape from the city. And with its unique flavour and fusion of fresh ingredients it offers beautiful brunch and delicious desserts. Friendly staff with professional hospitality service. Owners of this place are very welcoming, we talked about their experience and amazing journey on their new venture in hospitality. Overall, it’s my new favorite spot for a slow Sunday morning. I’ll definitely be back to try the avocado toast next time!"
"Top notch location for premium Cafe experience. Today we visited this Cafe and was totally blown away with the detailing went through in making of this amazing place. Theme, ambience, lights, decor all shouted excellence Focus was equally given in cleanliness and service was amazing from every staff including the owners themselves. Owners lead from front and it was clearly visible in delivery of excellent service bringing customer delight to top notch level. Now come to food and hot drinks. I had an delicious pan cake with banana and fresh strawberries which was well presented and our taste buds were well served. Sweet level and syrup was well crafted by the Chef Had cappuccino which gave feeling of premium barista and coffee beans gave an different level of taste to coffee Overall an place that had oozed authenticity, delicacy, ambience to another level Recommend giving a visit to take this destination which will surely become busier and demanding in coming days. So Get going and experience it"
"We picked this cafe for the name really, and we were delighted that we had.. with a warm greeting, cool funky vibes, amazing fresh cooked food. The coffee was perfect and the chilli on my scrambled eggs just hot enough. There's a shoe free area with comfy pillows if so inclined, an out door area and its right next to a little park if you have kiddos needing to burn off some energy. We worth the stop."
"Truly enjoyed coming to this cafe today. I was disappointed that hash browns weren’t readily available and would take 30 minutes for a new batch to be ready. I’d recommend if running down to the last lot, start making new ones. I was looking forward to the hash browns. I understand also that there were “bloggers” next to us. I don’t know if the “bloggers” sought free food or drinks, but if they did, I’d recommend not bowing down to them. It’s through word of mouth and putting recommendations on google, FB and Instagram that attracts people. I have made many google reviews, and I do not seek the owners to go above and beyond for me or to give free food / drinks. That being said, I’d recommend this place to anyone. They are reasonably priced too."
"Only had coffee and gelati, and already planning to go back tomorrow for breakfast! Such a cool, relaxed vibe inside, with and area for floor seated eating - shoes off! Cute little outdoor area that is right next to a gated playground - would be great for if you have a furry friend with you. Staff were lovely, coffee was fab , and gelati (we got gianduja royale flavour), was delcious!"
"Cute cafe that we stopped by driving from Kangaroo Island to Melbourne. They have lots of delicious vegan, vegetarian, gluten free options! Lots of specialty TWG tea. I personally got the green burger with normal sauce and bun & a takeaway strawberry matcha :) which was yum. Friendly staff and owner and asked for feedback on how all the food tasted. Great interior ambience. Definitely check this cafe out of you are in the area"
